How do you bring up children and eat healthy foods


It is a struggle to have children eat healthy food on a regular basis. Many parents follow the least resistant path and give them what they think they will only eat. They keep going as far as they will give them a food of another group than what they are eating. Great mistake. If you want your child to grow up to become a person who eats healthy foods and hence become healthy as they grow to adults. You must make them eat a variety of healthy foods when they are young.
