Sometimes these foods are chosen for reasons other than nutrition. They can be eaten to satisfy their desires to hide emotional problems such as solitude and depression. They do not care about themselves or do not spend enough time, they are chosen without considering how they affect the delicate mechanism of the body. Instant food provides quick energy, but it does not last. Under such circumstances, vegetables are rarely seen unless French fries and fly onion rings are considered.

This way of eating is typical until extreme weight gain and illness cause awakening.
